• ARIA labelling on button icons not present
• PDFs buttons should be labelled in a way that indicate the button will open a PDF
• Some videos lack captions. 
• Tables and maps are not consistently accessible. 

General application form issues

• All pages scroll in two dimensions, which may cause difficulties for small screens
• Not all options can be read by the radio button under the ‘How did you hear about us?’ question
